  • INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individuals work with a counselor in a caring and confidential environment to explore their feelings, challenges, beliefs, and behaviors. Therapy may include working through a difficult childhood, confronting a dysfunctional relationship, managing moods and behaviors, and helping people identify parts of their lives they want to change in order to develop a better understanding of themselves and others. People seek counseling for a wide variety of reasons—from exploring personal growth and acquiring greater self-knowledge to coping with major life challenges, mental health concerns, or dealing with past or current trauma.

  • MARRIAGE / RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

Marriage and relationship therapy helps couples identify specific areas of conflict or aspects of their partnership they would like to change. A collaborative action plan is developed to address any immediate and pressing problems in order to improve each individual’s satisfaction and understanding in the relationship. Couples learn to develop strategies for protecting and enhancing the long-term health and happiness of the relationship.

  • FAMILY COUNSELING

Family conflict can be one of the most disruptive forces in our lives, impacting how we work, learn, and interact with the world around us. Family therapy is a process through which families work with a counselor to identify conflicts and improve interpersonal communication between family members to bring about lasting, positive change.

  • GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is the treatment of multiple clients at once by one or more healthcare providers. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions including but not limited to emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
