I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Supervisor), and I’m passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals learn how to move beyond survival mode with their mental health. I especially love helping clients process and grow on their journey to being who you are supposed to be. My approach involves sharing psychoeducation to empower clients through knowledge and new skills. I use an integrative therapeutic approach including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

In group inpatient facility providing groups for individuals with dual diagnosis’
In community mental health providing school-based, office and home-based therapy alongside a variety of county programs including Bexar County Juvenile Probation
In behavioral health on a variety of inpatient units as well as the crisis departments
